Our House

Welcome to our house!

The Delta Sigma Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma currently has over 190 active members, one amazing house mom, and incredible support from numerous alumni! 

We have a beautiful 3-story home where 90 members live. We have WIFI, cable TV, and security cameras throughout. The Kappa house also has an attached parking lot that can accommodate all in-house members, as well as an additional back lot for out-of-house Kappas. Members that live in-house are provided with 14 meals a week. (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday-Thursday; breakfast and lunch on Friday) Members are required to live in the house for four consecutive semesters.

The basement includes:

a laundry room with six washers and dryers, an activities room, a guest room, a chapel, a coke machine, a study room that has multiple computers, a copier, a printer, and comfy couches perfect for studying!

The first floor includes:

a formal living room, an informal living room, a dining room, a fully-stocked snack room with snacks, cereal, ice & water machines, a kitchen, personal mailboxes, and our house mom's room.

The second and third floors include:

Newly renovated bathroom with several showers, two- to five-girl rooms that include desks and plenty of storage space, additional hallway closets for women who live out-of-state & need more room to store items because they can't go home as often, water fountains, a lounge with microwave, TV and DVD player.
There is cable TV and wireless internet throughout the house!
