Welcome to 1212 W. 4th Ave! We are so proud to call this beautiful place home, and even more proud to announce our upcoming renovations to begin in May 2027. The house that built us, and that has blessed us for so many years will be expanded over the coming year to meet the needs of our ever-growing chapter. With the addition of 13 beds, study spaces, a sun room, meeting room, reconfigured dining and chapter meeting spaces, this project is one that our members are eagerly anticipating. Thanks to our generous Alumni and House Board, these renovations are 100% donor funded.
